Harpist and Composer
He was born in Carove me, department of the Guairá. He was formed in the harp in their native town. In 1943 it acted in the Municipal Theater directing their folkloric group next to José Asunción Flores and other outstanding artists. In 1945 it organized a trio with Miguel Rivero's voices and Tito Echague (later celebrated duet Rivero-Echague), with which carried out tours for the Argentina up to 1953. In occasions it formed duó with Santiago Cortesi.
It was an outstanding virtuoso of the Paraguayan harp, well-known in the decade of the 50 as The prícipe of the Harp and it considered it to him as successor of Félix Pérez Cardozo. He/she is author of polkas and Guarani like: Pyre, good-bye Serenade, Chipa Pirayú, Celina Gaona, Aka karaya, Kuñatai, other people's Korapy, The greedy one, Tacuarí rykue, Eju Monday, Air typical Paraguayan, The last appointment and others.
He died tragically in Asunción in 1958.
